- 037 DRIVE is free: you compare here, you book and pay with our partner.
- We are not a party to your rental contract: the partner and the rental company are the ones committing to you.
- We show the total, the deposit, the excess and what the desk will ask for as accurately as possible; the partner's information prevails at the time you book.
- Our commission plays no part in the order of offers, and we add no fees.
What these terms are for
They govern your use of the 037 DRIVE website, published by 037 IMPORT EXPORT, a SAS registered with the RCS of Bastia under number 992 762 641 (see the legal notice). By using the website, you accept them. They do not replace the terms of the partner and the rental company, which you accept when you book with them.
Who does what

A free service
Browsing and comparing costs nothing and requires no account. We will be paid by our partners, on commission, when a booking is made through our link. The details are in How the comparison works.
The information shown
We do everything we can to make sure the total, the deposit, the excess, the card required and the conditions are accurate and up to date. They come from our partners and the rental companies, and may change between your search and your booking. What prevails are the conditions shown by the partner at the time you book.
For now, prices are fictitious demo prices: no booking is possible.
Our responsibilities
We are responsible for what we display and how we rank it. We are not responsible for the performance of the rental: payment, cancellation, refunds, the condition of the car, the deposit and the excess are matters for the partner and the rental company.
If information on our website misled you, write to us: we will check, correct anything that is wrong, and tell you who to contact.
Price alerts
When they launch, price alerts will be optional: an email address is all you need, and every message will contain an unsubscribe link. Until they launch, nothing is stored. See Privacy.
Fair use
You agree not to disrupt the website, not to scrape its content by automated means and not to use it for unlawful purposes.
When these terms change
We may update them; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. The applicable version is the one online on the day you use the website.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If there's a problem, write to us first: 037.holding.company@gmail.com.
If we cannot reach an agreement, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: [name, address and website of the mediator, to be appointed]. For a dispute about your rental, it is the partner or the rental company you should contact: their mediators are listed in their terms.
