How the comparison works.
Translation provided for information: the French version prevails.
What the law requires us to explain to you, and what we would have told you anyway: how we rank offers, who pays us, which websites we compare, and what can be added to the price. The short version is in How it works.
How we rank offers
By default, offers are sorted from the cheapest total to the most expensive, for the whole hire. You can also sort them easiest at the desk first (the fewest things to check, then the cheapest) or by category (within each category, from cheapest to most expensive).
A thing to check is counted for each of these conditions: cancellation fee, deposit over €900, excess over €1,200, credit card required, shuttle to the desk, limited mileage, fuel charged at pick-up, under-25s refused.
Who pays us, and what difference it makes
We will be paid on commission by our partners when you book through our link. This commission plays no part in the ranking, and we add no fees: you pay the price shown by the partner. No offer is promoted in exchange for payment.
The websites we compare
Rental company offers will reach us through two partners, DiscoverCars and EconomyBookings, with whom we will be bound by an affiliate agreement (registration in progress). Shareholding links with them: [none, to be confirmed]. We therefore do not compare every offer on the market. We show all offers from these partners that match your search, and we remove one if its information is clearly incomplete or wrong.
What can be added to the price
The total shown includes the hire, taxes and the stated mileage. At the desk, the deposit is usually held on your card, not charged; some rental companies charge it and then refund it. Depending on your cover and the damage, you may still have to pay an excess. Extras taken on the spot (child seat, additional driver, rental company insurance) are added.
Cover
Insurance, excess and cancellation terms vary from one offer to another: they are shown on each offer, and the partner remains responsible for them.
How recent the prices are
For now, the website shows demo prices, built from data collected on 25/09/2026: they don't match any real offer. At launch, prices will come from the partners at the time of your search, with the time they were collected.
